"Panama has many good qualities, but I am not interested in hot weather. Are there places in Panama where the weather is cool and dry? Do you recommend those places?"
-- Mark A., United States
Yes...and yes.
A couple of hours outside Panama City is El Valle, where the temperatures are noticeably cooler and the air noticeably less humid than in Panama City. And in Boquete, in the central highlands of this country, the days can be pleasantly cool, the evenings even chilly. Boquete is home to the most established expatriate community in Panama. Another less-developed and less-discovered mountain choice would be Santa Fe.
We'll introduce attendees at our Live & Invest in Panama Conference to these regions of the country in detail, with the help of expats already living in each one.
Note that the Early Bird Discount for this event expires Saturday at midnight. Register before Saturday, and you save US$250 per person.
Also note that this event is filling quickly. As of this writing, fewer than 20 places remain in the room.
