"After a hiatus of four years, Kathleen, the Belize International Film Festival is on again," writes Correspondent from that country Phil Hahn. "The big event kicks off tomorrow and will continue through next week with 10 days of screenings, workshops, and seminars. One goal of the event is to highlight films made in the Caribbean and Central America, but there are also showings from film schools and other international film festivals. Categories for entries are Feature Length Fiction, Feature Length Documentary, Short Fiction, and Short Documentary.
