Overseas Real Estate Seminar Series

Thank you for your interest in owning property overseas.  Gran Pacifica and Milagro del Mar have scheduled a series of seminars across Canada this fall to share some valuable information and tips with you.  While our company is working specifically in Latin America, most of the knowledge you’ll take away from these seminars will be exceedingly useful for anyone considering a 2^nd home or retirement property anywhere in the tropics. 

The bottom line is that you need to have the right information to make a wise decision.  And you get that from knowing the right questions to ask.  We will give this to you with 10 critical questions in the seminar along with examples of how to avoid the pitfalls and mistakes of “assuming.”   This is all too common when considering real estate overseas.   Armed with the proper information and questions, you can have a wonderful experience and live your dream the way you imagine it

Our featured project this season is the Milagro del Mar village already under construction right on the spectacular Pacific Ocean beaches.  These well appointed, ocean-front condos reside within the Gran Pacifica master planned resort community.  The dream is now a reality for many Gran Pacifica owners.  18 holes of golf are under construction and already more than 20 homes and 22 condominiums are complete, satisfying both owners and vacationers alike.  If a home in the tropics sounds good, join us for just a couple of hours and learn more.
