"Kathleen, I have been subscribing to your Panama Letter for a couple of months now, and I think I'm ready to begin taking action. I wonder if you could recommend an attorney in Panama who would be expert in advising me (a U.S. citizen) concerning the benefits and risks of establishing accounts/entities within Panama.
