Paul Lewis is a graduate of Oxford University who has been a professional journalist all his life. He worked first for the London Financial Times, serving in Brussels, Paris, and Washington, D.C. After joining the New York Times, Paul returned to Paris for almost two decades before becoming the paper's United Nations Bureau Chief. Paul now divides his time between New York, London, Paris, and Portugal.
