The financial requirement to be accepted under Belize’s QRP is to be able to show proof that you are currently earning US$2,000 per month or more from any legitimate source. Unlike many countrys’ “pensionado” visa programs, which require the income be from a pension, per se, you can qualify for Belize’s QRP using any income from any source.
And, no, it doesn’t have to be exactly US$2,000 per month. Belize is going to want to see you bringing money into the country on an ongoing basis, totaling at least US$24,000 per year, but the exact amount can vary month-to-month.
