Property Investment And Appreciation In Ecuador

“Kathleen, I live here in Ecuador. Bought property for US$25,000 and it now is valued at US$40,000. We have four orange trees, three mango trees, one lime, one avocado, and 11 chickens. When we get a larger garden we can grow our own alfalfa and corn to feed them. We have been here three years. We were two months in Vilcabamba and live now 1 ½ miles from the Catamayo airport, which is now messed up until mid-December. We run a small hotel.”
