We’re taking our own advice and have begun shopping in this soft Panama City property market for new office digs. Why rent non-descript institutional space, we can’t help asking ourselves, when, in the current climate, we might be able to find a very good deal on more interesting space of our own?
We viewed one architecturally unique building in a good location yesterday afternoon. The American owner has decided against pushing ahead with his own plans to renovate the space and wants now to liquidate instead. He needs cash, but he’s also open to negotiating terms for seller-financing.
