Here’s a good resource for information on taking pets abroad. Take a look, and you’ll note no breed restrictions for any of the destinations you’ve named.

Note in addition, however, that just as important as a country’s restrictions and policies regarding the transport of pets are those of the airline you plan to fly. Usually the challenge isn’t whether your dog or cat can enter a country but getting your pet to that country. Each airline has its own transport rules, and most have maximum weight allowances that a large Rottweiler might exceed.
