Jamie Harris has been a fitness/yoga professional since 2007, teaching Iyengar, Anusara, and Budokon yoga practices. After discovering the transformational power of ontological study, he became a master trainer and public speaker.

In 2018, Jamie, his wife Nicole, and their daughter Zipporah, moved to the Algarve region of Portugal. They now run four Airbnb properties in Portugal and South Florida while pursuing their passions of music, dance, yoga, and travel.
