Jim Hardesty is the owner and founder of Tropic Choice Properties and Investments. Prior to founding Tropic Choice, Jim founded Exotic Progression, a natural food manufacturing and distribution company that provided salsa and other foods throughout the South West United States.

Jim has founded and managed international real estate funds for over 10 years including SLP Global Investments LP and Spanish Lake Properties SA de CV. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in environmental studies with an emphasis on alternative energy.
