Su Guillory

Su Guillory is an American expat, writer, and coach who helps women make the move to Italy with confidence. After her divorce in 2016, she began traveling solo, discovering a new sense of freedom and purpose. With each visit, she found herself falling more deeply in love with Italy and eventually decided to turn what once seemed like an impossible dream into reality.

Inspired by stories like Under the Tuscan Sun and Eat, Pray, Love, Su spent years researching Italy, exploring its regions, and imagining a different future. Once her son graduated from high school, she took the leap, relocating to southern Italy with her two cats to begin a brand-new chapter.

The transition wasn't always easy. Like many expats, Su faced culture shock, unexpected challenges, and the emotional ups and downs of building a life in a new country. Over time, she embraced the Italian lifestyle, improved her language skills, built lasting friendships, and even found love.

Today, Su shares her experiences living in Italy while helping other women navigate their own international moves. Through her coaching, she offers practical guidance on everything from visas and choosing where to live to managing the emotional journey of starting over abroad. Her mission is to make moving to Italy less overwhelming and more empowering, so others can create the life they've always imagined.
