Siri Lise Doub is a Norwegian-American who has studied and worked across Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, as well as in India, Jordan, Israel, Syria, Central America, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean and Pacific Islands. Raised in a multicultural environment, she has called Norway, the United Kingdom, China, Taiwan, Poland, Latvia, and France home. Siri Lise holds a degree in English from Washington and Lee University, and is the author of several books, including Taste of Latvia, Tastes and Tales of Norway, and Baltimore Counts.
