Monia Di Guilmi owns and runs a small, international real estate agency situated in in Italy’s Abruzzo region. Hailing from Italy, Monia has lived in the U.K. and Spain and has traveled extensively, also having lived a short time in Japan. She speaks English and Spanish fluently.

For the past seven years, Monia has based herself in her hometown in Abruzzo where she sells houses to folks from all over the world. Introducing people to this undiscovered Italian region and seeing how easily they make themselves at home are the parts of her job she loves most.
